Bamboca curry

Prep:
Clean 12 bombay ducks (Bomblos) and string them on a wire to be hung and dried in the sun for a whole day.

Slice -
2 green spring onions
2 green chilies
some fresh corriander leaves

Mix with little water to form a curry paste-
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp rice flour

Make a pulp of tamarind extract and keep aside

Start:
Saute onions and chillies in oil.
Add the curry paste and corriander leaves and saute a little.
Add tamarind juice and bomblos.
Cook till done and oil separates.
