Wedding Pickle

Prep:

Chop these into long thick sticks. 
1/4 kg carrots
1 small raw papaya
2 pcs ginger

Clean and keep aside-
2 whole pods of garlic, separated
100gm green chillies, stalks removed and deseeded
100gms dates, pitted (the light brown ones, not the dark ripened oned)

Start:
Boil the chillies and garlic in half a bottle of vinegar and let cool. 
Then mix in 25gms turmeric powder, 100gms split/husked mustard seeds alongwith the other veges.
Store in glass jar for atleast a week before serving.
