Prep:
Rougly grind/mince 1 cup prawns (or shrimp).
Chop fine and lightly saute in oil and 1 tsp bottle masala-
3 medium onions
2 green chillies
4 flakes garlic
1 few corriander leaves
Start:
Mix all ingredients and form into little kebabs.
To bind the mixture, you can use a little rice flour or soaked bread slice or beaten egg.
Shallow fry
